Klaus is a high Ranking Officer in the early 80's U.S.S.R. Regime. He volunteered for a scientific program that was thought to give eternal life. The experiment worked to a certain degree, turning Klaus into a brutish zombie with monstrous fist. His Military training in hand to hand combat and his background as a boxer lends him a substantial fighting prowess. He leads with a crimson fist, and his ultimate goal is to wipe democracy off the face of the planet.The Terror Force Five must travel back in time to thwart a nefarious plan Klaus has secretly devised that could turn the current Cold War into World War III.
